Goals & Objectives
To provide land development engineering and related services to
commercial and industrial establishments, institutions, property owners, land
developers and governmental agencies within Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Berks
and surrounding counties.
To provide those services in an ethical, professional, and technically
proficient manner so that the customer engaging our firm will not only be
satisfied with the services we render, but will recommend our organization to
their associates, and so that our firm will be respected within the industry.
To
create an ongoing marketing program and client contact list whereby we can
establish our name in the industry, and contact existing, potential, and future
clients.
To
provide a working environment and salary and benefit packages sufficient to
attract and retain high quality employees.
In return, a high level of loyalty will be expected, with the
understanding that an important balance exists between career and personal
aspects of life, and that if this balance is not maintained, neither the
employee nor the firm benefits.
To
realize profits from our business activity so that we can reward the owners and
employees of the company with appropriate raises, bonuses, and profit sharing
disbursements, and so that we can reinvest in the company a portion of that
profit to maintain our technical capabilities as the industry advances.
To
continually evaluate longer range objectives such as the establishment of a
survey department within our organization, the expansion of the scope of
technical services we can provide, and the extension of our service area
through satellite offices.
